A normal shift includes:

Greet every guest with a smile and a warm hello—make sure they leave highly satisfied Run a station: grill, fryers, board, drive-thru, or dining room Prepare made-to-order food with cleanliness, freshness, and quality every time Follow strict sanitation and food safety protocols (gloves on for ready-to-eat food, every time) Measure and portion ingredients exactly per company standards Work safely around hot surfaces and equipment Discard expired or improperly stored products Jump in at other stations when the team needs it Show up on time and work your scheduled hours Have fun—the busy shifts go faster when the crew clicks What we're looking for A good attitude and a strong work ethic Reliable—if you're scheduled, you're there Friendly with guests and teammates Coachable and willing to learn Must be at least 16 years old That's it. You don't need restaurant experience. You don't need a fancy résumé. You just need to want to work and want to grow. Physical requirements Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours) Bend, reach, twist, and climb a step ladder as needed Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds Perform repetitive hand and arm movements Work in a hot, noisy, fast-paced environment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
