Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in the carwash industry. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards for safety and tunnel wash procedures. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping others. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers around the site. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS or similar systems. Preparing and sending cars in a safely/proficient manner. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, ensuring compliance with safety and tunnel wash guidelines. Assist in lot attend duties, cleaning, stocking supplies and and wiping down cars. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with cash register operations and sales processes is beneficial. Knowledge of wash safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
