MISSION OF THE ROLE
Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent hospitality for our guests.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll be the face of T&J — greeting guests, preparing orders, keeping things spotless, and helping your teammates create an experience worth coming back for. Your success will be measured by how well you: Create genuine, friendly interactions that make guests feel valued Deliver orders quickly and accurately, even during rushes Keep the front-of-house spotless — clean, stocked, and ready Stay aware of what's happening around you — guests, cleanliness, teammates who need help Thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and positive Treat every team member with respect and work together as one team
