Job Summary The Anodizing department is responsible for processing aluminum extrusions through chemical baths and finishing lines to achieve required coatings, colors, and corrosion resistance. Key Responsibilities Fasten and secure aluminum parts onto racks (bars) for anodizing Monitor anodizing tanks, chemical levels, temperatures, and process times Perform quality checks on coating thickness, color consistency, and finish Safely handle chemicals in accordance with OSHA and company standards Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tanks and equipment Identify and report defects or process issues Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Experience in anodizing, plating, or industrial finishing preferred Ability to follow detailed process instructions and safety protocols Basic math and measurement skills Physical Requirements Ability to work in hot, humid, and chemical-processing environments Lift up to 50 lbs Wear PPE including hard hats, gloves, and face shields
