Position Overview:

Are you passionate about baking and love making people smile? We're looking for a friendly and energetic Croffle/Waffle maker. In this role, you'll be the face of The Puddery, ensuring that every customer receives top-notch service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment. If you're a team player with a positive attitude and a knack for handling various tasks with grace, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a warm and friendly manner. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Provide information about our products, specials, and promotions. Prepare cheesecake and or cook croissant waffles (croffles). Maintain a clean and organized work area. Closing shift cleaning Assist with bakery operations, including stocking shelves and preparing items for display. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

Regular and reliable attendance. Cooking experience (preferred but not required) Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Previous food service experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. A love for baked goods and a willingness to learn about our products.
