AT&T Team Member:
Engage in-person with customers and provide information about AT&T products, services, and promotions Assist customers with account inquiries, and service enrollments The AT&T Team Member will help customers navigate through product offerings, and understand available options Address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Build positive relationships through excellent customer service Follow up with customers as needed to ensure a smooth experience Partake in promotions, sales campaigns and onsite activations Work hand in hand with team members to achieve individual and team objectives Qualifications we look for in the
