As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their needs. Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register. Handle cash and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces and food preparation zones. Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing products. Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow during peak hours. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. Make Sandwiches and Coffees. Work Drive Thru window as well as wait on in store customers. Fast paced environment Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with restaurant or Coffee shop operations is preferred. Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe environment. Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
