Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established standards, ensuring quality and freshness. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions efficiently while handling cash and card payments with accuracy. Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food handling stations to ensure food safety compliance. Assist with food prep tasks like bussing tables, restocking supplies, and managing food storage to support smooth restaurant operations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality service. Follow all food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and health regulations to uphold the integrity of the food industry standards. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities. Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly through tasks, and work efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety practices, and sanitation standards is a plus. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous but training will be provided.
