Overview As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and high-quality food to our customers. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Duties Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Assist customers with their orders, providing friendly and helpful service. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system. Perform basic math calculations for order processing and cash handling. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Skills Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Ability to help others and work collaboratively as part of a team. Culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques. Proficient in basic math for accurate cash handling and order processing. Experience with cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy in transactions. Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean working environment. Familiarity with food preparation processes to ensure quality standards are met. Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
