Assistant Manager Position Summary:
The Front of House (FOH) Team Member at Barrio Burrito Bar is responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience through exceptional customer service, preparing menu items, processing to-go orders, and ensuring each guest leaves with a positive impression. FOH Team Members are the face of our brand and play a vital role in building guest loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude. Assist guests in understanding the menu and making informed choices. Prepare menu items accurately according to company recipes and standards. Package and process to-go orders efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the FOH area, including dining areas, beverage stations, and counters. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and point-of-sale systems accurately. Answer guest questions and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service. Uphold all company food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Continuously maintain product knowledge to educate guests and suggest menu items.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or food service role preferred. Food Handler Certification required (can be obtained within 2 weeks of start date). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay:
$11.50 - $13.00 per hour
