Job Summary The Car Wash Bay Attendant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring vehicles are properly prepared, cleaned, and safely guided through the wash process. This role plays a key part in maintaining cleanliness, efficiency, and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Guide vehicles safely onto the wash conveyor or into the bay Perform pre-wash prep such as spraying wheels, bugs, or heavy dirt Maintain cleanliness of wash bays, tunnels, and surrounding areas Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work efficiently in all weather conditions Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Previous car wash or customer service experience preferred (not required) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable standing, bending, and working outdoors for extended periods Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Comfortable working in wet, hot, or cold conditions Schedule Flexible scheduling available Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed Work Environment This position works outdoors and indoors around moving vehicles, water, and mechanical equipment. Safety training is provided.
