In this lively role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house areas. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and provide attentive assistance throughout their visit Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently to optimize guest flow Answer guest inquiries promptly and accurately, providing information about menu items, specials, and venue amenities Take and serve orders accurately while maintaining high standards of presentation and service quality Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a proactive attitude to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house areas, including the host stand and waiting areas Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Ability to remain energetic, friendly, and professional in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, seating, and guest flow effectively Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Join us in creating welcoming environments where guests feel appreciated and cared for!
