Job Description The Runner provides excellent service to our guests by delivering food and drinks in a quick and friendly manner, keeping dining areas clean and guest-ready, and keeping kitchen and expo areas clean. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Deliver food and drinks to guests with a friendly attitude Prepare drinks at drink station for guests Prepare popcorn, desserts and milkshakes for guests Execute daily food/beverage preparation list Practice high food safety guidelines and standards Know the full restaurant and bar menu, as well as presentation guidelines per item Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including but not limited to, lobby, restrooms, countertops, hallways, trash receptacles, game room, bowling lanes, self-service stations Complete all opening, closing and side-work duties Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management Skills + Abilities included but are not limited to: Able to take direction and work together as a team Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing and guest focused Education + Experience +

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age HS diploma or GED certification Food Handler's and state alcohol certificate required Availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
