Benefits:
Starting pay rate is $12/hr. A free boneless or sandwich combo is available when working a 4-hour minimum shift. A 33% employee discount is available on or off the clock. Tips may add an additional $0.50-1.50/hr, depending on sales volume and the number of hours worked weekly. Tips from online orders are distributed as a percentage of total hours worked; those who work more hours on average receive a higher percentage of the tip pool.
Job Requirements:
Be available to work during peak business hours (Friday mornings, Saturdays, and Sundays are required ). Have reliable transportation. Provide a Texas Food Handlers Certification from an accredited source within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities:
Caring for the complete customer experience. Driving positive customer survey feedback and social media reviews. Cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant, inside and out. Food quality and accuracy of orders. Adherence to company and franchise policies and procedures. Arrive for shifts on time, in uniform, and ready for work.
