Hotline Team Members

Hotline refers to team members who will be train at the grill one, grill two, make, expo/bagging, fryers, and calling out the orders once they are prepared. Team members will be trained on all of these positions and will be assigned one of these positions each day and will be on a continuous rotation depending on scheduling. Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers® was co-founded in 2002 by brothers Bill and Randy Simon with their friend and business partner, Scott Redler. It was named in honor of Bill and Randy's father. Together, they built a brand focused on quality, hospitality, cleanliness and timeless traditions.
