Remodeling Crew Member

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Handyman to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of carpentry, drywall installationan, finishing, including texture matching for repairs, painting and other home improvement tasks, like cabinets and flooring. we will pay as much as 30 per hour if you are actually qualified to do the work. A knowleg of electrical and plumbing is a plus. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of buildings, fixtures, and equipment to identify repair needs or safety hazards. Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs. Assist with installation of fixtures, furniture, appliances, and other equipment as needed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently. Maintain organized records of completed repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes. Collaborate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or projects beyond in-house capabilities. Requirements Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques. Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and implement effective solutions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and vendors. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
