Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and takes pride in helping families through transitional periods. As an Estate Sale Specialist, you will play a critical role in preparing homes for online estate sales and auctions. Your work will directly impact the presentation and success of each sale. Key Responsibilities Travel to estate locations (15-60 miles from our warehouse) to prepare items for sale Stage, organize, and arrange household contents for photography and online listing Assist in lifting, moving, and packing a wide variety of items including furniture, household décor, boxes, and equipment Maintain high standards of presentation and care for each client's belongings Work closely with a collaborative team to ensure efficiency and professionalism on-site Support general warehouse and labor duties as needed Qualifications Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly within East Texas Physically capable of lifting and moving items (small and large) for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive, team-first attitude and excellent communication skills Experience with estate sales, staging or moving a plus but not required Why Join Us?
