Full-Time | On-site | Entry-Level NFS Solutions Inc. is seeking a reliable and personable Team Member Trainee to join our growing team. In this entry-level position, you'll support customer interactions by providing helpful information, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience while representing one of our clients. This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy interacting with others, strengthening their communication abilities, and gaining practical experience in a collaborative, professional setting. Key Responsibilities of a Team Member Trainee Provide friendly, in-person customer support Answer questions and offer clear, accurate information about available services Assist customers in identifying options that best fit their needs Ensure each interaction is positive, professional, and solution-focused Address concerns and escalate issues when appropriate Stay up to date on service offerings and updates Accurately document customer interactions and feedback Qualifications of a Team Member Trainee Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Excellent communication and active listening skills Dependable, team-oriented, and approachable Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable interacting with a variety of customers daily Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or equivalent required
