Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Team Member and become the welcoming face of our lively food service environment! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit Take orders accurately using Clover POS system and process payments efficiently Assist with food preparation tasks to ensure quality and timely service Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across dining areas, counters, and kitchen spaces Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with general restaurant upkeep to ensure a welcoming environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurant, or café environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in food preparation or kitchen work is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks required in a busy restaurant environment Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences!
