Job Description
Tropical Smoothie Café is growing! We're looking for awesome folks to join our Cedar City café teams. We're hiring for Crew Member (entry-level and experienced), and Shift Lead positions, for all shifts: from open to close. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required. Our shifts will be varied on days/shifts, depending on scheduling needs. We offer in-house training, development, and opportunities for advancement. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Our full-time positions come with medical, dental, and vision benefits. Crew Member salary starting from $12.00 an hour (depending on experience), plus tips. Shift Lead salary starting from $13.00 to $14.00 an hour (depending on experience), plus tips. We offer a fun, fast-paced environment where you can really shine!
