Part-time Overview:
The back of house team members play a vital role in the success of our business. From beginning to end, the back of house team members impact all of the food that is enjoyed at our establishment. At Ogden Beer Company, we expect our team members to have a thorough understanding of our products that helps to deliver consistently high quality food to our guests.Key Requirements:
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively Valid Food Handlers permit issued through the local health department Ability to adhere to and build menu items based on provided recipes Willingness to help support team and lean in when team members need assistance Possess willingness to learn multiple roles in the restaurant- understand that our back of house team members often engage in multiple roles throughout the shift.
EX:
line cook, bulk prep, wash dishes, quality assurance, etc. Flexibility in schedule- willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to multitask effectively, as well as maintain calm demeanor during elevated stressful situations Deep understanding of proper kitchen protocols
- this includes maintaining stock, rotating, deep cleaning, proper heating and cooling procedures, FIFO, labeling, etc.
