Beehive Marketing Solutions is hiring a AT&T Team Member in Salt Lake City to support AT&T's Neighborhood Direct Sales program. You'll assist local customers with service questions, guide them through product options, and ensure every interaction feels smooth, professional, and genuinely helpful. As a AT&T Team Member, you'll support AT&T by helping customers navigate fiber and wireless service options. You'll assist with account questions, offer clear product guidance, and ensure every interaction feels smooth, helpful, and brand-aligned. Your work plays a key role in building customer trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty—while helping expand AT&T's residential outreach. Support AT&T's Neighborhood Direct Sales campaign by responding to customer inquiries, sharing service details, and assisting with enrollments. Help customers explore fiber and wireless plans, offering thoughtful recommendations based on household needs and usage. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and account updates, using internal systems to ensure smooth follow-through. Work closely with the outreach team to create seamless customer experiences from initial contact to completed enrollment. Provide friendly follow-up support, helping customers feel confident in their choices and building long-term satisfaction. Share insights from customer conversations to help improve messaging, outreach strategies, and overall campaign performance. What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as a AT&T Team Member? High school diploma or GED required; coursework or a degree in communications, business, or marketing is a strong advantage. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account support preferred, especially in fast-paced or outreach-driven environments. Strong communication skills to explain service options and resolve concerns with care. Organized and efficient when handling multiple inquiries and updating records.
