Job Description

Falafel Inc is hiring Cashiers & Sandwich Makers for our One Loudoun location in Ashburn, VA. We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team members who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position involves taking customer orders, preparing sandwiches and menu items, handling payments, and helping maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Take orders accurately and process payments Prepare sandwiches and assemble menu items quickly and efficiently Maintain food quality and presentation standards Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized Support team members during busy shifts Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous cashier or food service experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Weekend and evening availability preferred Basic English required (Spanish is a plus)
Compensation:
$19.00-$22.50 per hour
