Team Member (Front Counter) — JAIS Restaurant Group LLC About Us JAIS Restaurant Group LLC is a growing fast food concept based in Chester, Virginia. we're all about great food, fast service, and a team that takes pride in what they do. We're looking for friendly, reliable people who want to be part of something exciting from the ground up. Job Duties Greet and welcome every guest with a positive, friendly attitude Take orders accurately at the front counter and/or drive-thru Process payments and operate the POS system Prepare and assemble food and drinks to order Maintain a clean and organized counter, dining area, and workstation Restock supplies and keep the front of house fully stocked during shifts Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards Work as part of a team to hit speed and quality targets Assist with opening and/or closing duties as assigned Qualifications No prior experience required — we will train you! Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Reliable, punctual, and a team player Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Food Handler certification a plus (not required) Compensation $13.50-$15.00/hour depending on experience Flexible scheduling available JAIS Restaurant Group LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
