Front of House Team Member (Customer Service)

Job Type:
Full-time As a Front of House (FOH) Team Member, you'll be the face of our restaurant and a key part of creating a welcoming guest experience. You'll take orders, serve guests with hospitality, keep the dining room clean and inviting, and work with the team to deliver fast, accurate service. What You'll Do Welcome guests with a warm and friendly greeting Take orders accurately in the dining room and/or drive-thru using POS systems Assemble and deliver orders with attention to speed, accuracy, and presentation Provide 2nd mile service: assisting guests utilizing internal systems and expectations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining room, beverage station, restrooms, and guest areas Restock front-of-house supplies (cups, lids, condiments, utensils, napkins, etc.) Support team members during peak periods to keep service running smoothly Follow Chick-fil-A standards for food safety, cleanliness, and professionalism Communicate clearly and respectfully in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For A positive, coachable attitude and strong work ethic Enjoyment of serving others and creating a welcoming environment Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to ~25 lbs as needed Dependability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and follow systems and procedures Ability to work on a dynamic multi-culture team Schedule & Availability Flexible work from selected shifts between the hours of 5 am and 11 pm Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts based on hours hired to work Must be able to work Saturdays and/or other peak business times based on restaurant needs Pay & Benefits Pay begins at $15.00 per hour for Part-Time team members and $18.00 per hour for Full-Time team members Sundays off Scholarship opportunities with a lifetime award up to $35,000 Unlimited growth through dedicated leadership development programs 50% meal discounts while working Three (3) uniforms provided at no cost (unless terminating Employement within first 90 days) $450 monthly employer contribution towards medical insurance premiums.
