Job Description

River City Solutions welcomes applicants to join our sales and development firm as a full-time Verizon Team Member. The Verizon Team Member will explain the clear difference between standard network providers and our premium Verizon Fios fiber internet. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience working with our customers to meet their everyday connectivity needs. As a Verizon Team Member, you'll receive training to become an expert in Verizon. The Verizon Team Member conducts sales conversations, explains service options in simple terms, and guides our customers through the process. Training also covers sales management, documentation, and achieving sales goals with a customer-first mindset Responsibilities of the Verizon Team Member Talk with customers about how Verizon Wireless keeps them connected on the go while FiOS delivers fast, reliable internet and TV at home. Break down mobile data options, device deals, and fiber bundles in plain words so people feel confident about their sales choices. Guide customers through enrollment steps, plan changes, or simple account fixes with a calm, supportive approach that makes sales feel natural. Track customer details and check-ins carefully so the sales team stays aligned and sales opportunities move forward without delays. Partner with teammates to share what's working and solve problems quickly, delivering support that turns one-time sign-ups into lasting sales relationships. Measure success by meaningful conversations, happy customers, and completed enrollments, keeping sales goals grounded in service. Qualifications of a Verizon Team Member A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Passionate about sales or customer service is a plus; no prior experience required. Comfort learning Verizon products, including Fios speed tiers and wireless plans. Positive, approachable demeanor that builds trust during in-person conversations. Dependable daily consistency to support both customers and team goals.
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
