Smoothie King Lynchburg is looking for the newest addition to our team. As a fast passed work environment we are looking for someone with a goal of being efficient, detail oriented and friendly to every guest that enters our store. If you are a confident multi-tasker, capable of remaining on your feet, excel in customer service skills, ready to serve wholesome and clean blends to our guests, we would love to have you.

Team Member Expectations:

• Team members are expected to follow the lead of your Shift Lead
• Team members are required to learn and maintain sales goals and requirements monthly
• Participate in daily shift huddles on days scheduled
• Understand and communicate daily specials and promotions
• Support your Shift Lead where requested
• Complete daily checklists and special cleaning items required on your shift
• Blend and prepare all smoothies, smoothie bowls, and refreshers with efficiency and accuracy
• Gain and retain menu knowledge during your time at Smoothie King
• Learn all tasks and duties required of the team at Smoothie King including
• headset, prep, order taking, opening and closing tasks
