What You'll Do As An Entry Level Team Member:
Engage directly with customers in face to face settings, answering questions and sharing detailed product knowledge to help them make informed decisions Collaborate closely with fellow Entry Level Team Members to achieve team goals and consistently deliver exceptional customer service Participate actively in ongoing training sessions designed to sharpen your skills and deepen your understanding of products and company values Represent our client's brand with professionalism, positivity, and a strong customer-first attitude that builds lasting relationships Provide valuable feedback to management based on customer interactions to improve service and product offerings What Makes Richmond Telecommunications Services Different?
