Verizon Team Member

We are adding a full-time Verizon Team Member to our Verizon campaign team. You'll explain Verizon 5G wireless data plans and recommend Verizon FiOS packages for customers that need steady connections. The Verizon Team Member works alongside supportive teammates, learns how to handle customer questions, and builds sales skills that last. As a Verizon Team Member, you get to spend your day meeting customers and sharing the excitement of Verizon's 5G mobile network and FiOS internet. You'll use your warm personality to drive sales by showing customers how fiber-optic cables offer a much smoother experience than old-fashioned cable. Whether you're helping someone pick a new smartphone or a better data plan, the Verizon Team Member ensures all sales are based on what the customer actually needs. Core Functions of the Verizon Team Member Start sales conversations with customers about how their wireless plan handles daily mobile use, family data needs, and on‑the‑go reliability. Pinpoint wireless issues like slow data, dropped calls, or outdated phones and connect them to practical Verizon 5G upgrades. Explain smartphone features, data plans, and FiOS Internet in simple, lifestyle‑based terms that make the value easy to picture. Guide customers through a clear sales flow covering plan comparisons, device choices, and FiOS add‑ons without pressure. Keep sales notes on each interaction to support accurate follow‑ups and smooth enrollments. Share sales trends with leadership to strengthen wireless and FiOS sales strategies.
