Competitive pay based on experience. We pay for skill and we mean it. Top pay is for highly skilled team members though. That means you can lay perfect tile in a million dollar home as well as install crown molding perfect every time without being told what to do.

The Ideal Candidate Is Highly Skilled In:

Tile installation including custom showers, floors, and backsplashes Framing and rough carpentry Finish carpentry including trim, doors, and windows Flooring installation of multiple material types General remodeling with a high standard of workmanship Reading a job site, identifying what needs to happen, and making it happen without waiting to be told

Requirements:

Proven experience in remodeling, carpentry, tile, or finish work. Five or more years preferred but skill and dependability matter more than years on a resume. The ability to walk onto a job site, assess the situation, and move forward without hand-holding. We need a problem solver, not someone who shuts down when a question comes up. High attention to detail. We do premium work and the finished product has to prove it. The ability to lead others by example and bring less experienced team members along as we grow. Strong work ethic. We compensate well for people who perform at a high level and take ownership of their work. Good character and attitude. If this is not you, please do not apply. Additional Information:

Full-time position based in Rocky Mount, VA Non-smoking environment including vaping and e-cigarettes. This applies to the office, company vehicles, and all job sites. We keep things family-friendly here including our language and our conduct on the job. 2 week paid time off. The company also shuts down for approximately 3 weeks throughout the year around major holidays, fully paid. We believe in rest and time with your family. Dental and vision insurance offered.
