Job Description

Pay is dependent on experience, certifications and performance Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for plants? We're a small veteran owned landscaping business in Yorktown looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to grow with a company that values quality over quantity.
What You'll Do:
Perform detailed pruning of shrubs, hedges, and ornamental plants Identify plants, common diseases, and pest issues Maintain plant health through proper care techniques Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality landscape results Help elevate the overall appearance and health of our clients' properties
What We're Looking For:
Experience in pruning and plant care (professional or strong personal background) Knowledge of horticulture, plant identification, and disease recognition Strong attention to detail—this role is for someone who notices the small things Reliability and a solid work ethic Willingness to learn, improve, and grow within the company
