The ideal candidate will start as a Team Member, learning all aspects of daily operations, and will have the opportunity to develop into a supervisory or manager-level role over time. Duties Prepare and serve specialty drinks, desserts, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent service. Cook and prepare ingredients such as boba, jellies, and toppings while following food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, kitchen, and dining areas. Operate the POS system, handle cash and card transactions with accuracy. Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials as needed. Work efficiently during busy hours, supporting team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist with catering orders or special events as required. Take on leadership responsibilities as skills grow, training new team members, overseeing operations, and helping management improve daily performance. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Requirements Previous experience in food service, beverage preparation, or customer service is preferred. Strong desire to grow into a leadership or management role . Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Experience in boba tea, coffee shops, or dessert cafes is a plus. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety. Why Join Us?
