Front of House Team Member

Seoul Bowl is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Front of House Team Member to join our team. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming customer experience, taking orders accurately, preparing the front area for service, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment. Job Responsibilities As a Front of House Team Member, you will: Greet customers with a positive and professional attitude Take customer orders accurately using the POS system Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and allergens Prepare and package customer orders correctly Handle dine-in, takeout, delivery, and catering orders as needed Keep the front counter, dining area, drink station, and condiment area clean and stocked Restock utensils, napkins, bags, cups, lids, sauces, and other supplies Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed correctly Help manage online orders and delivery platform pickups Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties Provide excellent customer service during busy rush periods Work as a team to support smooth daily operations Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Is friendly, respectful, and customer-focused Can work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment Is dependable and arrives on time for scheduled shifts Can communicate clearly with customers and team members Is willing to learn and follow Seoul Bowl standards Can stand for long periods and perform light lifting when needed Has previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required Expectations Front of House staff are expected to represent Seoul Bowl professionally at all times. This includes being respectful to customers and coworkers, keeping the store clean, following procedures, and helping create a smooth and positive experience for every guest. Schedule Part-time positions are available for weekends Saturday and Sunday.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
