Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and production of meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as directed
• Cook and assemble dishes according to established procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service Skills
• Previous experience in a food service or culinary role preferred
• Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
