Crew Member At Five Guys, we serve up great burgers, fresh fries, and a high energy team environment where every shift is hands on and every role matters.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service from the register to the kitchen to create an amazing guest experience Prepare and assemble burgers, fries, and toppings to Five Guys' quality standards Keep workstations, dining areas, and prep zones clean and organized throughout each shift Rotate through all positions including cashier, grill, prep, and lobby to support the entire team Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and consistent operation Work together with crew members to handle busy periods with energy and communication Uphold the Five Guys brand with a positive attitude and a focus on teamwork every shift

Requirements:

Friendly, outgoing, and committed to delivering great customer service Ability to work at a fast pace in a team oriented kitchen environment Willingness to learn all positions and help wherever needed during a shift Strong communication skills to support real time teamwork and guest interactions Reliable and responsible with a positive, get it done attitude No prior food service experience required, hands on training is provided Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, and closing
