• Front of House / Brand Ambassador As the face of MOWOOD, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests.

You'll create a warm yet polished atmosphere while delivering exceptional drinks and service in a fast-paced, aesthetically elevated environment. This is primarily a customer-facing role with minimal back-of-house work — perfect for someone who loves hospitality, modern design, and representing a brand with confidence and style. Key Responsibilities Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm Provide thoughtful drink and pastry recommendations Prepare and serve beverages with precision, care, and consistency Maintain a clean, minimalist, photo-ready space throughout your shift Assist with opening and closing procedures Restock supplies and support light inventory tasks Support light cleaning duties when needed (dishes, sweeping, organization) Show up on time, prepared, and ready to elevate the team's performance What We're Looking For A people-first mindset with genuine passion for hospitality Strong communication skills with a polished presence Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays Café or food service experience preferred Dependability and punctuality are non-negotiable Bonus if you: Enjoy being part of a brand that values culture and detail Naturally create positive energy in a room Ready to Apply?
