Job Description

Come join our crew at Fishermen's Green Market and Deli! We're a lively market and deli located right on the water at Fishermen's Terminal — a one-of-a-kind spot where great food meets a great community. We're looking for a hard-working, good-natured full-timer who loves making food and connecting with people.
Shifts & Schedule Part-time:
approximately 15-20 hours per week. •Potential opportunity to get more hours based on performance.
Typical shifts:
10:30 AM - 2:30 PM, weekdays and/or weekends Flexible scheduling options available — weekend availability required Pay & Compensation Starting pay: $21.30/hr + tips Pay and bonuses based on effort and experience Opportunity for advancement as the business grows Your Day-to-Day Making espresso drinks and specialty beverages Preparing sandwiches, deli items, and daily food prep POS cashiering and handling transactions accurately Stocking shelves and rotating grocery inventory Keeping the workspace and deli counter clean and organized Delivering friendly, efficient service to every customer Who We're Looking For Team players who value hard work and can hustle in a fast-paced environment Motivated, dependable, and punctual — every shift matters Comfortable multitasking and moving quickly without missing a beat Prior sandwich, barista, or food service experience a plus — but we can train the right person Food Handler's Permit required (or willing to obtain before start) Our Location We're tucked into Fishermen's Terminal — a marina environment with a unique vibe and a loyal customer base.
