Responsibilities:

You are usually the first and last face our member sees, interact and make a good impression. Customer Service is an essential function of this position. Club cleaning. Rental Golf Cart fleet management

• cleaning, storing and rotating. Member Personal Cart fleet management
• cleaning & storing. Driving Range management
• picking/cleaning range balls etc.

(You will get trained for Range as well & may be scheduled for those shifts instead of Outside Service depending on your preference) Maintaining cleanliness in the staging area & tent area. Set up the member and or their guest on a Rental Cart or Push Cart. The Cart Barn is your office, keep it clean. Promptly communicate with fellow co-workers and Pro Shop staff.

Attributes:

Ability to perform, and prioritize a wide variety of tasks during busy times. Excellent Customer Service Skills. Friendly, outgoing and wanting to converse with others. Ability to problem-solve. Work well with others. Ability to handle criticism. Showing up late for a shift without letting your manager know or not showing up at all will not be tolerated.

Requirements:

Standing/walking for long periods of time. Lifting/carrying up to 30 lbs. of equipment that may include, but is not limited to; golf bags, range bags, range garbage cans/ range signage, sand bins, tournament props etc. Must be 16 or older Must be available weekday mornings-afternoons-evenings.

Opening shifts are 5:00 AM

• 1:00 PM or 6:00 AM
• 2:00 PM (Mondays 9:00 AM
• 2:00 PM or 3:30 PM) Mid shift is 9:00 AM
• 5:00 PM (Saturdays only) Closing shifts are 1:00 PM
• 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM
• 9:00 PM (Mondays 2:00 PM or 3:30 PM
• 9:00 PM) Range shifts are 3:00 PM
• 8:00 PM.

Must have weekend availability, mornings-afternoons-evenings

Pay:

$17.13 per hour
