Job Description

Overview Join our team as a Universal Cannabis Team Member. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors and indoors. We are committed to fostering a positive, energetic workplace where your passion for cannabis can thrive.
Duties would include:
Gardening Harvesting both Indoor & Outdoor Bucking Trimming (Dry or Wet)
Joints Packaging, Weighing, Labeling Requirements:
MUST HAVE A CAR FOR TRANSPORTATION
Requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Lift and carry up to 20 pounds if needed Stand for long periods of time 21 years of age or older Valid State ID and 2nd ID (social security card or birth certificate) We offer Competitive Pay based on experience and performance
Advancement Opportunities:
Strong performers will be considered for supervisory roles or training leads. We are a strong believer in promoting within the company.
Pay:
$17.13 - $17.63 per hour
