This role plays an important part in ensuring our catering clients receive their orders accurately, on time, and presented with care. You will help prepare and pack catering orders, deliver them to clients throughout the community, and assist with occasional event setups. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and representing a company with professionalism and great service. If you take pride in delivering quality food and creating great experiences for customers, we would love to meet you. Responsibilities Prepare and pack catering orders with strong attention to detail and presentation Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the kitchen Safely transport catering orders to client locations Load and unload catering equipment, food, and supplies Assist with basic onsite setup for catered events when needed Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with clients during deliveries Communicate clearly with the kitchen and catering team to ensure orders are completed on time Maintain cleanliness and organization in catering prep and packing areas Assist with light food preparation or kitchen support when needed Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to lift and carry catering equipment and food items (up to 40 lbs) Strong time management and organizational skills Comfortable working independently and managing delivery schedules Reliable, punctual, and professional Food service, catering, or hospitality experience preferred but not required Important Notes Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for this role. This position involves both delivery and in-kitchen support , depending on catering volume.
