Entry Level Team Member:

As an Entry Level Team Member, you will be providing remarkable customer service by managing sales accounts and delivering consistent sales support. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience. As an Entry Level Team Member you will follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved completely. Provide product and service information to assist customers make the right decisions. You will work with your fellow Entry Level Team Member to stay updated on the latest products and services offered to customers. What We're Looking For in an

Entry Level Team Member:

High school diploma or GED and or business-related studies is preferred Prior customer service, sales or any marketing-focused experience is a plus An Entry Level Team Member should adapt well to new and changing procedures, with a focus on continuous improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. A committed and determined individual in working towards excellence and achieving the company's goals. A strong passion for customer service and sales will help candidates thrive in the Client Support Associate role. Aims to grow and develop oneself and take advantage of the opportunities offered to enhance their sales and customer service skills. Flexible, can work under pressure and minimal supervision needed.

$800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
