What You'll Do As a Crew Chief, you lead a small team (1-3 people) through daily jobs while working alongside them. This is a physically active, fast-paced role .

You will:

Lead your crew on residential and commercial jobs Interact directly with customers and represent the company Set pricing and guide customers through the process Load, remove, and haul items (furniture, debris, etc.) Keep jobs running efficiently and safely Hold your team accountable to performance standards You're not just part of the crew — you're responsible for how the job gets done.
