Accounting Team Member

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Team Member to join our growing accounting team. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities ranging from data entry and reconciliations to reporting and cross-department collaboration. The right candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter financial transactions into QuickBooks
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Process job and invoice data within ServiceTitan (CRM platform)
• Identify and correct data discrepancies
• Assist with monthly financial closings and reporting
• Support commercial account operations while working closely with commercial team members
• Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Candidates must meet at least one or more of the following qualifications:
• Associate's degree in accounting
• 1+ years of accounting experience
• 1+ years of ServiceTitan experience
• 1+ years working within HVAC or a similar service-based industry Bonus Skills
• Strong commitment to delivering 5-star customer service to both internal teams and external customers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits
