Mfg Team Member- Nights 6pm-6am 2-2-3 schedule Alliance Films Join our team and have the opportunity to advance quickly in this ground floor opportunity! We are seeking qualified team members to help us manufacture an industry leading packaging materials. Alliance Films is new to Wrightstown WI, we are excited to grow in the community. We are looking for 1st and 2nd shift team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Must adhere to all safety rules; Operate/package rolls of film from raw materials to finished product following company SOC's and SOP's Must follow established standard operating procedures in a team driven atmosphere Complete all required documentation; Responsible for material handling and product segregation; Perform housekeeping of work stations Perform in a safe manner abiding by all safety rules and guidelines; And perform other job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent; Similar industrial machine equipment operations experience (2-3 years preferred); shifts will be straight nights and straight days Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as scheduled; Must be proficient in basic computer skills or trainable; Must have good math skills required to perform job related calculations; Must be able to read and understand English written job related written forms and instructions; Must be able to satisfactorily and clearly communicate orally and in writing all job-related information. Must possess adequate visual & auditory acuity to safely perform job duties; Must be able to work effectively in a team environment, successfully collaborate with co-workers, production leaders and other employees; Must be physically able to lift and handle objects and/or materials weighing up to 60 pounds And must be able to safely climb stairs, reach, bend, push-pull, walk, handle & use job related tools.
