As our Team Member Trainee in White Hall, you'll help West Virginia customers discover why Verizon is the name they trust for reliable service. The Team Member Trainee's sales style is warm, patient, and entirely customer-focused. As a Team Member Trainee, you'll be trained to tackle connectivity challenges head-on with Verizon. Your marketing focus will be on sales, where you'll address concerns such as service interruptions and position Verizon as the solution. The Team Member Trainee focuses on sales, turning every conversation into an opportunity to showcase Verizon's reliability. Responsibilities of the Team Member Trainee Connect with customers in person to discuss Verizon's services through marketing and sales engagement Create positive marketing experiences that showcase Verizon's commitment to customer satisfaction as part of your sales approach Utilize your marketing and sales expertise to explain Verizon's offerings in simple terms that customers appreciate Market Verizon's competitive advantages through clear, benefit-focused conversations during sales interactions Build trust and credibility for Verizon by providing accurate information as a marketing professional Gather customer insights to help Verizon refine its marketing strategies and improve customer experience through sales follow-up Qualifications of the Team Member Trainee High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Passion for marketing and sales; no prior experience required. Motivated to achieve marketing and sales goals and contribute to overall team success. Ability to receive coaching, apply feedback, and continuously improve performance. Effective time-management skills and the ability to remain productive in fast-paced settings.
