Job Description
H-Business Strategies, a sales and development firm in White Hall, needs a Wireless Team Member who can make complex choices simple. The Wireless Team Member starts sales conversations and educates our customers about the differences between our competitors and Frontier's fiber internet, now backed by Verizon's industry-leading 5G network. As a Wireless Team Member, you'll receive sales training to guide our customers through the benefits of Frontier Internet and TV services. You'll engage with customers to demonstrate how Frontier combines fast internet with premium entertainment. The Wireless Team Member focuses on value, driving sales success while making Frontier the guide for modern homes. Responsibilities of the Wireless Team Member Collaborate with customers in person to explore their connectivity needs and present Frontier Internet and TV services as the ideal match. Communicate with our customers in person to illustrate how Frontier Internet and TV services enhance streaming, work, and entertainment. Emphasize the superior quality of Frontier Internet and TV services to drive interest in modern home solutions. Propose ideal Frontier Internet and TV package combinations that match customers' lifestyles and goals. Clarify the advantages of Frontier Internet and TV services to help customers make well-informed choices. Reaffirm customer satisfaction with Frontier Internet and TV services through consistent follow-ups. Qualifications of the Wireless Team Member A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong interest in sales or customer service is a bonus. Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-focused sales environments. Detail-oriented when processing transactions and supporting sales activities. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new sales techniques and strategies.
