Inside this new ever modern hotel will be 3 state of the art Flight Simulators that will be open to the public to take flight in! The Simulator space inside Hotel Polaris will be managed by Extreme Flight Simulation, an Illinois based company known for their "Best in Class" customer service in the Flight Simulation Entertainment Industry. In this role as a Flight Coach, you will be engaging with Hotel Polaris guests and other visitors/customers providing an award-winning experience of flight simulation they cannot get anywhere else! Extreme Flight Simulation at Hotel Polaris is looking for energetic, people-focused Flight Coaches to deliver unforgettable aviation experiences. What You'll Do Guide guests through immersive flight simulation experiences (no real flight experience required) Create a fun, engaging, and memorable environment for every guest Adapt your communication style to connect with a wide range of guests—from young first-time flyers to retired military personnel Confidently recommend upgrades, add-ons, and future bookings Deliver top-tier customer service aligned with hospitality industry standards Ensure simulators and guest areas are clean, organized, and ready for operation What We're Looking For A true people person - you enjoy interacting with others and creating great experiences Passion for hospitality and guest service Strong communication skills with the ability to adjust your approach based on the guest Comfortable with sales and upselling (this is a key part of the role) Positive, energetic attitude with a team-first mindset Reliable, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work nights, weekends & holidays Preferred (Not Required) Knowledge or interest in flight simulation or aviation Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles What You'll Get Competitive hourly pay ($16-$17/hour) Monthly bonus plans tied to performance A fun, unique work environment unlike any other Opportunity to grow within a high-energy, guest-focused team If you love people, enjoy creating memorable experiences, and want to be part of something unique—apply today and take off with us.
