Overview:

MyFlight Tours is seeking a dedicated Helicopter Flight Line Crew member to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for our passengers. This role is vital in assisting with passenger coordination, helicopter ground operations, and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet passengers with a warm and professional demeanor, providing pre-flight briefings. Assist passengers safely in and out of the helicopter, ensuring orderly movement to and from the aircraft. Fuel helicopters and perform basic ground support tasks as required. Verify passenger bookings to ensure they are on the correct tour and flight package. Communicate with pilots and other ground staff to maintain smooth flight operations and on-time departures. Clearly explain safety procedures and flight rules to all passengers before boarding. Prepare the location for daily operations, including setting up signage, ensuring cleanliness, and opening the ticket booth.

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent people skills with the ability to provide clear and confident communication. Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working around helicopters and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Ability to take initiative and problem-solve in real-time situations. Prior experience in aviation, tourism, or customer service is a plus but not required.

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry light equipment as needed. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by flight schedules.
