Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is seeking a Flight Department Administrator to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role is essential in supporting the operations and owner support functions of our flight department. As a Flight Department Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our flight department. You will work closely with pilots, crew members, and other departments to facilitate communication and coordination.
Responsibilities:
Manage flight schedules and coordinate with pilots and crew. Assist in the preparation of flight plans and documentation. Maintain accurate records of flight operations and crew schedules. Provide administrative support to the flight department management. Coordinate travel arrangements for crew members. Assist with compliance and regulatory documentation. Handle communication with clients and stakeholders regarding flight operations. Support the onboarding process for new pilots and crew members. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to operational improvements. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in aviation. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures is a plus.
