Food Production Associate

Schedule:

Part-time shifts : 6:00 AM

• 10:00 AM or 10:00 AM
• 2:00 PM Full-time shift : 6:00 AM
• 2:00 PM Consistent weekly hours Duties Prepare various ready to eat meals and snacks, ensuring smooth production flow Follow all HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to maintain food safety standards Assist with sanitation and cleaning procedures throughout the plant to uphold hygiene and safety protocols Package finished products accurately, ensuring proper labeling and quality control measures are met Conduct basic math calculations for measurements, weights, and quantities during production processes Support inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished goods, preparing items for shipment or storage Skills Basic understanding of USDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and overall food safety practices in a manufacturing environment Experience with food processing operations and food industry standards Knowledge of sanitation procedures critical for maintaining a clean food environment Ability to perform basic math accurately for measurements, conversions, and quality checks Valid food handlers certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire for food handling tasks Excellent attention to detail, , communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in the food industry.
